Frequently asked questions
What's a "story set" or "feed post"?
A feed post is a dedicated Instagram post about your business that stays on our profile permanently. A story set is a short series of Instagram Stories (visible for 24 hours) featuring your business.
Do you guarantee results?
No — and we'd be wary of anyone who does. We guarantee the deliverables listed in your package: the posts get made, scheduled, and published. We can't promise a specific amount of reach, engagement, website traffic, phone calls, or sales, because those depend on your offer, the season, and the algorithm as much as on us.
Do I get to approve posts before they go live?
Yes. Everything we create about your business is sent to you for review and edits before it's published. We do keep final editorial discretion over the wording, format, timing, and placement of content on our own channels — so it reads like us, and fits alongside everything else we're publishing that week.
What if I'm slow getting you photos one month?
We'll chase you — but deliverables are scheduled month by month and don't automatically roll over into the next one. If materials or approvals come in late, a post usually moves to a later date rather than disappearing. If a month is going to be tight, tell us early and we'll plan around it.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes — monthly plans can be canceled any time and you won't be billed again. Email patty@iheart7mile.com and we'll take care of it.
